WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and Fiscal Year 2010, ended May 31, 2010, after the market closes on Tuesday, July 13, 2010.

AAR signs new component repair agreement with Cebu Pacific
