AAR Receives $65 Million Order for Container Platforms
WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --AAR (NYSE: AIR) announced today that it has received an order to provide Containerized Roll-in/Out Platforms (CROP) for the U.S. Army, valued at $65 million.
The platforms will be built at AAR's manufacturing facility in Cullman, Alabama, commencing in the summer of 2010. The order is part of a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that was established in 2005.
